Touchstone Pictures
Starring: Tim Allen, John Travolta, William H. Macy
Directed by: Walt Becker
Synopsis: A group of recreational middle-aged motorcycle enthusiasts decide to take a road trip to reclaim their freedom, leading to a zany series of misadventures.
Kitty Cameo: At the beginning of the film we are introduced to the four main characters in separate vignettes. Dudley (William H. Macy) is a computer programmer seen in a coffee shop with his laptop. He tries to look cool for a young woman but ends up accidentally embarrassing himself when he gives his laptop an erroneous command and then he spills coffee on the machine, shorting it out. Dudley then looks down at a black cat on a lead beneath his table.
“Well, iCat,” Dudley comments, “It’s just you and me.” He reaches down to pet iCat, who hisses at him.
Final Mewsings: Cats, like computers, can be temperamental.
