Synopsis: Elizabeth McCord (Téa Leoni) and her team work to help an American journalist who is being held hostage in Sudan.

Kitty Cameo: At the beginning of the episode we see Madame Secretary’s assistant, Blake (Erich Bergen) in his morning routine. This includes putting down a bowl of food for his Snowshoe cat.

The cat is seen again looking up at Blake as he dresses for work.
