Directed by: Richard Donner

Cat Out of the Bag Alert!  This review contains some spoilers for this film!

Synopsis: After being sent to Earth as a boy from his dying planet, Superman (Christopher Reeve) realizes he has powers which can be used to help mankind.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): In the middle of the film, Superman has realized how his powers can be used for good and he is seen stopping criminals and bringing them to justice. In the middle of this, he hears a little girl (Jayne Tottman) calling for her white cat, Frisky, to come down from a tree.

Superman even pets Frisky and says goodbye before flying away. The girl waves goodbye then runs inside her home, excitedly telling her mother what has happened. Her mother can be heard scolding the girl about telling lies and then a very distinct slap is heard!
