Synopsis: Interwoven stories of several people are told over the course of a weekend at the famous Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in Manhattan.

Kitty Cameo: At the beginning of Sunday a black cat is seen trying to get in through the front doors of the hotel.

The narrator, Robert Benchley explains, “And the Waldorf cat can be just a philanderous as a cat in a motel. And just as hungry. Though he should have gone to the service entrance.”

Final Mewsings: It’s a shame they didn’t tell the cat’s story!
