by Linda Kay
Original title: La ragazza dal pigiama giallo
Directed by: Flavio Mogherini
Synopsis: The burned body of a woman is found on an Australian beach and retired police Inspector Timpson (Ray Milland) is called in to help find the culprit, much to the consternation of Inspector Ramsey (Ramiro Oliveros) who is in charge of the case.
Purr Blur: In one scene Timpson and Ramsey visit the home of the reclusive and lecherous Quint (Giacomo Assandri), catching him as he is pleasuring himself while looking at the neighbor lady (Vanessa Vitale). As the two detectives settle in to question the man, Timpson pauses a moment to make kissy noises at an energetic calico kitten who jumps up during their brief moment on screen.

Final Mewsings: If an aging Ray Milland made kissy face at you, you’d jump, too!
