Synopsis: The story of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange (Benedict Cumberbatch). Teaming up with colleague Daniel Domscheit-Berg (Daniel Brühl) they create a platform that allows whistle-blowers to anonymously leak covert data, exposing the darker recesses of government secrets and corporate crime. The stakes get even higher when they gain access to the biggest trove of confidential intelligence documents in U.S. history.

Purr Blur: At the apartment of Daniel’s parents, Daniel’s father (Edgar Selge) wants to show Julian some newspaper articles and he moves towards a small table to retrieve them, reacting angrily to the black cat named Schmitt who is sitting on the papers before chasing the confused kitty off.
