Synopsis: A unique reboot of the original television series Bewitched in which the series is being remade starring self-centered actor Jack Wyatt (Will Ferrell) and his discovery of the perfect Samantha, Isabel Bigelow (Nicole Kidman) whom he doesn’t realize is an actual witch.
Featured Feline: Isabel owns a beautiful tortoiseshell cat named Lucinda. Lucinda arrives with Isabel when she finds her new home.
Lucinda approaches the front door of the home which is closed. She circles and when she returns there magically appears a cat door through which she enters the house.
Lucinda watches as Isabel attempts to put together a home entertainment center.
Finally fed up with getting nowhere, Isabel resorts to magic to put it all together. As the packing peanuts fly up in the air, Lucinda bats at them.
Lucinda jumps up on the couch as Isabel turns on the television.
Lucinda is seen sitting on Isabel’s bed in several scenes.
Near the end of the film, Lucinda is with Isabel on the set of the TV show.
When Jack and Isabel kiss, Lucinda meows her approval.
Finally, at the end of the film after Jack and Isabel enter their new home, Lucinda scurries up the walk behind them.
The animal trainer for the cat actor(s) playing Lucinda was Guin Dill of Good Dog Animals.
Final Mewsings: Cats know how to cast their spells on us.
