Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains a few minor spoilers for this movie!
Synopsis: A lone hitman who goes only by the name of Walker (Lee Marvin) is double-crossed by his partner (John Vernon) after a heist, taking off with both Walker’s half of the money and his wife, Lynne (Sharon Acker.) Shot and left for dead, Walker returns years later seeking revenge and the stolen $93,000 he is owed.
Kitty Cameo: Walker first surprises Lynne in Los Angeles, shooting up the bed in her home where he thinks his ex-partner may be sleeping. After she overdoses on pills, Walker wanders around her house and opens the door to the bedroom where he sees a pretty white cat sitting on the bare bed which he formerly shot up. Later a guy shows up with an envelope full of money for Lynne. Walker grabs the guy and forces information from him while the cat runs out through the open front door.
Final Mewsings: Cats will look for other accomodations when their homes are riddled with bullets.
