Synopsis: Stephanie Smothers (Anna Kenrick) is a sweet, motherly blogger whose life changes radically when she comes up against the more worldly and mysterious mom named Emily (Blake Lively).

Kitty Cameo: While investigating Emily’s life, Stephanie ends up at the home of Emily’s mother (Jean Smart). While they are talking an orange and white tabby cat is sitting on a cluttered pool table behind them eating from a bowl.

The cat gets up and starts to walk across the table when a man with a rifle enters, causing Stephanie to excuse herself and make a quick exit.

Final Mewsings: Cats prefer eating to playing pool.
