Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!
Synopsis: A young man (Harold Lloyd) is a simple coat-check boy who gets a break when he’s recruited to impersonate a British nobleman and falls for a beautiful rich girl.
Kitty Cameo: Late in the film Harold has lost his pants while fox hunting. He is then chased by a dog. To escape the dog, Harold puts a metal barrel over himself and scoots along the ground. The dog is temporarily distracted when he spots a tabby cat sitting on a nearby bench.
The dog chases the cat and eventually the cat gets onto a brick wall where he hisses at the dog.
Final Mewsings: Cats don’t like to be used as comedy distractions.
