Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!
Synopsis: Fievel Mousekewitz (voiced by Thomas Dekkerr) and his friend Tony (voiced by Pat Musick) discover a map which leads to a secret underground city of Indian mice where a treasure is supposedly hidden. Meanwhile, Papa Mousekewitz (voiced by Nehemiah Persoff) is finding work increasingly difficult under near slave-labor conditions.
Cartoon Cat: Fievel’s cat friend Tiger (voiced by Dom DeLuise) once again accompanies his mouse companions through some of their adventures as they discover a secret tunnel which they hope will lead to a hidden Indian treasure.
On the way they encounter some scary booby traps. Tiger finds himself on a treadmill spiked with nasty claws.
The group is surprised to find Indians still living in the underground city. Once they return to the surface with the young Indian princess Cholena (voiced by Elaine Bilstad), Tiger’s part is minimal, although he does show up a couple of times, once just in time to save Dr. Dithering from a nasty demise at the hands of an angry mob!
Final Mewsings: It’s convenient that the Indian mice built their tunnels large enough for cats to traverse.
