Synopsis: Newsreel footage from Australia focuses on odd animal pairings.

Reality Cat: A tuxedo cat is shown playfully wrestling with a pigeon. Or is he just contemplating squab for dinner?

The same cat is then bothered repeatedly by a magpie. The only possible explanation for the cat’s patience during this treatment is the human hand offering the kitty a treat from off screen.

Final Mewsings: Most cats won’t put up with being henpecked . . . or pecked by any bird.
