Synopsis: A May Day protest between Communists and the police turns ugly.

Purr Blurs: As the protest erupts into violence in the streets, the police raid an apartment house looking for guns. As they go door to door they enter the apartment of one woman who owns several cats.

One officer even hits a tabby cat with his hat, sending the cat scrambling.

Final Mewsings: Cats demand search warrants.
