Synopsis: Jacob McCandles (John Wayne) sets out to rescue his namesake grandson from kidnappers, enlisting the aid of his other two estranged sons.
Kitty Cameo: Late in the film Jacob and his group are riding out with one of the kidnappers to deliver the ransom money. A pipe is standing upright nearby and falls over, startling the group.
A white cat then climbs out of the pipe in Spring Loaded Cat fashion and runs away.
Final Mewsings: How the heck did the cat get into the pipe in the first place?
