Directed by: Charles Saunders
Synopsis: An honest car salesman (there’s a twist!) named Miles (Tom Drake) is inadvertently framed for theft when his business partners pull off a heist with a noted career criminal Tracey (William Hartnell) using one of the cars they supposedly sold.
Purr Blur: As a scene transitions to a dark street a black cat jumps down from a wall and scurries away from Tracey.

Later in the film a woman is heard calling for a cat but none actually appear on screen.
Final Mewsings: It’s difficult to frame a cat when they’re so quick to make themselves scarce.
Many thanks to Mark Murton for letting me know about the cat in this film.
