by Linda Kay
Directed by: Russ Meyer
Synopsis: A mysterious woman named Eve (Eve Meyer) follows a hapless handyman (Anthony-James Ryan) around the San Francisco Bay Area as he encounters big breasted women in all walks of life. But what is her ultimate reason for tailing him?
Purr Blur: This oddball little film by Russ Meyer and starring his then wife Eve was one of the director’s “nudie-cutie” films, which featured some female nudity but no sex and a light-hearted plot heavy on comedy (or what’s supposed to be comedy). During the payoff gag at the end of the movie in which Eve and the Handyman finally meet, a series of shots of various film tropes which are often used to represent sex are inserted, including a close up of Eve’s eyes followed by a close up of tabby cat eyes.

Final Mewsings: We’ve only got eyes for cats!
