Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!
Synopsis: Twin brothers Peter (Ed Helms) and Kyle (Owen Wilson) embark on a road trip to try to find their father.
Kitty Cameo: Near the end of the film the brothers have narrowed down the possible candidates for their father to a veterinarian named Dr. Tinkler (Christopher Walken), a man not unfamiliar to them. As Kyle points out, the man “murdered” their cat Chairman Meow years before (the cat went to the vet alive and came out dead). When the brothers barge into Dr. Tinkler’s operating room, Kyle spots a prone grey and white kitty on the table under anesthesia.
Kyle continues to accuse Dr. Tinkler of killing cats even when Dr. Tinkler explains they are simply going to “snip” the patient. At this point Kyle notices that the cat has very large balls and points this out to Peter. They pause the admire the cat’s endowment. And we will spare you that screen grab, if you want to see them you will just have to watch the movie!
It’s clear a fake cat was used for this scene. Unless there is a real cat out there which is that well endowed.
Final Mewsings: How did the poor cat walk?
