Synopsis: Best friends Johnny (Gene Reynolds) and Byron (Jackie Cooper) have fathers whose occupations are at odds, causing a riff in their friendship.
Kitty Cameo: Two of the boys, Johnny (Gene Reynolds) and Beefy (William Tracy), follow a suspected bad guy into an apartment and watch him while hidden. Beefy is behind a plant at the top of the stairs. A black cat climbs the stairs and walks underneath Beefy, brushing against him. Beefy screams and falls down the stairs right in front of the suspect!
