Warner Bros.
Starring: Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, David Bradley
Directed by: David Yates
Synopsis: Year six at Hogwart’s is a very dark year as Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) assist Dumbledore in trying to obtain an important memory from former Potions Professor Slughorn (Jim Broadbent) which could hold the key to Voldemort’s defeat.
Purr Blur: Hermione’s (Emma Watson) cat Crookshanks is seen very, very briefly at the Weasley home sitting in the background.
Likewise he appears ever so briefly while Hogwart’s caretaker Argus Filch (David Bradley) is being assured by Professor Snape (Alan Rickman) that student Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton) can be vouched for. At least we *think* that’s Crookshanks sitting on top of the pile of students’ luggage.
If Mrs. Norris makes an appearance in this film we cannot spot her through all the darkness on the television screen.
Final Mewsings: Dark movies make cat spotting very difficult!
