Synopsis: A black cat appropriately named Jitters is afraid of Friday the 13th and seeks help from a psychic only to have things escalate quickly out of control.

Cartoon Cat: Jitters nervously approaches the fortune teller’s shop.

The owl psychic is sympathetic and promises to help . . . for payment.

Jitters receives three tarot cards and is terrified by the last one . . . the Death card which features a raven.

When the psychic demands payment, Jitters is shocked to find his pockets empty.

Having been kicked out of the psychic’s shop, Jitters is startled to see a raven on top of a building.

Terrified, Jitters runs but the raven chases him.

Poor Jitters confronts a whole bunch of his superstitions as he tries to get away from the persistent raven.

Things go from bad to worse and still Jitters can’t shake the bird.

We won’t spoil the ending of this short film as it is definitely worth watching! This hilarious short film was the collaborative effort of thirteen animation students at Sheridan College, which should prove once and for all that thirteen is a lucky number!
