Synopsis: Jane (Susan Saint James), Elaine (Jane Curtin) and Louise (Jessica Lange) are three struggling housewives who find themselves in financial difficulties and come up with a plan to steal the one million dollars on display at the mall as part of a contest promotion.

Purr Blurs: Early in the film we see Louisa arrive at the veterinary clinic her husband owns. As she enters the building, two women are cradling cats in the lobby.
