Synopsis: Successful writer Christopher Isherwood (Laurence Harvey) recounts his penniless days in 1930s Berlin, a time when he experienced a bizarre infatuation with selfish and untalented songstress Sally Bowles (Julie Harris).
Kitty Cameo: As Isherwood lies in bed suffering through a bad hangover, the camera pans across his trash-strewn floor. A tuxedo cat appears to be nibbling something near a coffee saucer. The cat is actually licking his or her paw which has likely been smeared with something to keep the kitty occupied during the shot.
Final Mewsings: Any cat living with Bowles and Isherwood better learn how to fend for himself.
