Synopsis: A lesser known version of the Pierre Louÿs novel, in which ravishing Brigitte Bardot plays Eva Marchand, a tousle haired temptress who humiliates wealthy Don Matteo Diaz (Antonio Vilar), and leads the helpless masochist to jump through a sustained series of hoops in a conflicted effort to win her bounteous favors.
