Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!
Synopsis: Lorenzo is a pampered and conceited cat who makes the mistake of mocking a black Manx cat who in turn puts a curse on Lorenzo’s tail, leading to a wild and crazy tango.
Cartoon Cats: A beautifully animated short film set to a haunting tango. Lorenzo is a big fluffy blue cat who sits in the window and enjoys his shrimp cocktail.
He not only flaunts his good fortune in front of the poor street cats but mocks them as well.
A Manx black cat passes by the window, trying to ignore Lorenzo. But Lorenzo goes out of his way to ridicule the black cat’s stubby tail, pointing out his own luxurious fluffy tail.
The black cat places a hex on Lorenzo’s tail and laughs before vanishing in a puff of smoke.
Lorenzo’s tail comes to life and leads the pompous kitty on a wild tango, leaving Lorenzo so desperate he begins to try to dispose of his own tail any way he can.
Final Mewsings: Those with should never mock those without.
