Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!

Synopsis: William Scott, Jr. (Junior Durkin; Junior is also the character’s nickname) is determined to prove to everyone that he has the makings of an ace sleuth.

Purr Blur: After his dog, Doctor, is kicked by a bad man, Junior is carrying him home. He asks the dog if he can walk and lays him down on the sidewalk, but Doctor just lies there. Junior is sure his dog is done for. But suddenly Doctor jumps up and chases a black cat into a church. The cat screeches off screen as Junior sighs, “Atta boy, Doctor!”
