Synopsis: A fluffy ginger cat named Marmalade (voiced by Honey Monster), owned by burlesque queen Ms. Margo Monroe (voiced by Victoria Scone), wanders around the theater and gets in on the other acts while his owner desperately looks for him.
Cartoon Cat: At the start of the short film Marmalade wanders up to the front of the theater and is greeted by the female doorman who lets him inside.

Marmalade passes a poster advertising his act with his owner which is called Margo and Marmalade’s Midnight Majesty. Also on the bill is a magical themed act called Les Femmes Animés Magique.

Instead of going to Margo’s dressing room, Marmalade mingles with the girls from the opening act.

As the women begin their performance, Marmalade finds himself onstage getting caught up in their mystical effects.

The dancers gently try to get Marmalade offstage but he keeps returning.

When Marmalade does make it back to the dressing room he is excited upon seeing a full bowl of food.

Cartoonish Kitty Carnage Warning! Margo is so happy to see her cat she starts dancing and accidentally mistakes the kitty for her feathered boa, leading to some unforgettable moments for the poor animal.

A real life cat named Honey Monster was the inspiration for the character of Marmalade.

Final Mewsings: Marmalade was probably wishing he’d gotten in even later!
