Synopsis: Inventor Tom Wakefield (Robert Young) gets paid a huge sum by a razor company not to release his hair-removal shaving cream and shares his newfound wealth which leads to trouble.

Kitty Cameo: Tom wants to help one person sell an insurance policy to a milkman named Mr. Baglipp (Tom Kennedy) who will not buy. He and a girl named Kitty (Florence Rice) follow the milkman hoping to bump him gently with the bus they are driving. They have just decided not to do this when a black cat suddenly darts out in front of the milkman’s truck.

Mr. Baglipp slams on his brakes and causing Tom and Kitty to rear end the milk truck, throwing Baglipp from the vehicle.
