Synopsis: After feeling unappreciated, Chip (Stanley Livingston) decides to run away from home but doesn’t go far.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): Chip finds himself alone downtown in an alley. Hearing someone coming, he ducks behind some garbage cans. A ginger tabby cat is on one of the cans and jumps down.

Two policemen stop in front of the can and one tells the other to be sure to lock up at headquarters because “there’s a lot of trouble around here lately.” The policemen move away and Chip comes out from behind the cans, only to be confronted by the tabby cat who screeches at him. Chip runs away.
