Synopsis: According to this Soviet semi-documentary, the equivalent to a Public Service Announcement, a vigorous outdoor lifestyle, combined with abstinence from tobacco and alcohol, will transform highly-stressed, short-tempered businessman Baturin (Sergei Minin) into a happy well-adjusted functioning cog of society.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): Baturin’s daughter’s (G. Slatanakh) strenuous roughhousing with her tabby kitten disturbs his concentration to the extent that he reprimands her and gives the grateful cat, which does not appear to be enjoying the experience, an opportunity to take a breather.
