Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains spoilers for this episode!

Synopsis: Captain Picard (Patrick Stewart) and the team reach Soji’s home planet with the Romulans in pursuit.

Kitty Cameo: While on the planet Coppelius, Dr. Agnes Jurati (Alison Pill) is seen holding an orange tabby cat. Rios (Santiago Cabrera) enters and asks who is her friend. “This is Spot II,” Jurati explains. “I’m not really a cat person,” Rios admits.

Jurati then says that they made the cat on the planet, so it is a synthetic cat. “That’s impressive, I guess,” Rios admits before Jurati sets Spot II down. Spot was the name of Data’s cat and this is obviously a clone of sorts.
