Pathé-Natan
Directed by: Jean Vigo
Synopsis: A travelogue-style look at Nice with a satiric bent.
Kitty Cameo: Most of the film looks at the travel and party side of Nice, but in a short segment the darker side is seen, including shots of a garbage-filled street. A cat is seen looking at the camera and then darts away.
Final Mewsings: Homeless cats are part of the dark side of every city.
