Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains spoilers for this episode!
Synopsis: Rex (Robert Capron) is a delinquent boy who throws eggs at “crazy cat lady” Ms. Hibou’s (Christina Jastrzembska) house and blames his friends when he gets caught after breaking his arm in a fall. He continues to lie about the incident despite the fact that something seems to be living inside of his cast.
Cat Cattle Call: Ms. Hibou’s house is full of cats, as we are to believe from the number of cats we see just on her front porch.
The cats seem to follow Rex, showing up in places and then disappearing, as in school and his bedroom.
Rex’s cast keeps itching and he hears something scratching inside. Despite his growing paranoia about something living inside of his cast he sticks with his story blaming the other boys.
In the end Ms. Hibou shows up in Rex’s house when he learns that he has a nest of rats inside his cast which Ms. Hibou is hoping to feed to her cats.
Final Mewsings: No one but cats like a rat!
