Synopsis: The pilot episode of this series finds New York firefighter Tommy Gavin (Denis Leary) juggling work, home turmoil and visits by those who have died.

Kitty Cameo: One of the visits happens on the street by the fire truck. Tommy looks down to see a little girl (Mackenzie Connolly) with ash on her face holding a tabby cat. She thanks him for saving her kitty. A moment later she is gone.
