Synopsis: Simon (Jason Andrews) is a guy who sells bootleg music on the streets of New York which brings him in contact with a lot of odd characters.

Kitty Cameo: Simon lives in a run-down apartment building with a black cat named Lou.

When Simon comes home at night he opens a can of food for Lou. He also scoops the cat’s litter box.

Lou rubs against Simon as he retrieves his bootleg masters from beneath a loose floorboard.

The cat is seen in the morning looking out the window as Simon sleeps.

When Simon gets up to answer the door, Lou follows.

Lou is seen less the next time this routine is shown.

After that, Lou seems to disappear from the apartment and the story altogether with no explanation!

Final Mewsings: Why oh why do filmmakers put cats in movies only to have them disappear??
