Synopsis: Set in a post-war future in which rats, dogs and cats have evolved to become more human, an insane rock legend named Mok (voiced by Don Francks) plans to summon a demon using the voice of a local singer named Angel (voiced by Susan Roman).

Cartoon Cat: While in Nuke York, a panning shot down the multiple levels of the buildings passes an orange cat. The cat turns to the camera and hisses before swiping out with menacing claws. In other scenes there are normal dogs and rats as well.

Final Mewsings: If the animals have evolved how are there still regular rats, dogs and cats?
