Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!
Synopsis: Tom (Jeff Fahey) and Alex (Heather Medway) are a young couple who move into an apartment where someone has killed themselves and almost immediately strange things begin to happen as Tom is seduced by a mysterious woman.
Featured Feline: Soon after moving into the apartment, a black cat shows up and walks into the home.
Tom is immediately drawn to the female cat, although it spurns Alex.
The cat sleeps with Tom and he starts to have strange dreams of being seduced by a beautiful temptress named Lilith (Lisa Barbuscia).
Alex and the black cat do not get along and it doesn’t help when the cat leaves a dead rat on Alex’s pillow.
Lilith shows up in real life and continues her seduction but is never seen at the same time as the black cat. Hmmmm.
The black cat continues to hate on Alex, pooping on her shoe, knocking over her candlesticks and tripping her so she falls down the stairs.
Cat Cattle Call: After a time more and more cats show up in and around the house, including a white cat which Lilith likes.
The cats are even present when Lilith has sex with Tom.
Eventually Tom realizes Lilith is a succubus who takes on the form of a cat. He tries burning herbs to rid the home of the demons. The cats seem unaffected.
Final Mewsings: Cats will seduce you if you let them.
