Synopsis: A partially animated segment finds someone making a group of building blocks into a cat.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): A tabby kitten inspects the blocks at the beginning of the segment.

When the block cat is finished, the kitten returns, only to have the tail fall of first and then the whole thing collapse.

Final Mewsings: Kittens think that block cats are very unstable.
