Synopsis: Teenaged tie-and-sweater wearing bookworm student Peter Parker (Paul Soles) is bitten by a radioactive spider and gains amazing and tremendous abilities and powers, which he employs in his new Spider-Man alter-ego — and learns a very hard life lesson.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): As Spider-Man swings by on his inaugural jaunt, a peacefully sleeping alley cat, of a color seldom found in nature, is startled and shocked by the apparition, and scampers for cover.
