Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains spoilers for this episode!
Synopsis: Dr. Beale (G.W. Bailey) doesn’t believe Ralph (Richard Marcus) is ready to be released from the psychiatric ward.
Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): Testing to see whether or not Ralph, who suffers from the delusion that he is a bird, is ready to be released, they go out to an Italian restaurant with Ralph’s girlfriend Jane (Laraine Newman). All seems to be going well until Ralph spots a tabby cat sitting in the lap of a woman at another table.
Ralph tries not to panic but the woman lets the cat down on the floor to eat a morsel.
The cat then approaches Ralph and it is all too much. Ralph leaps up on his chair squawking like a bird. The cat hastily retreats.
Final Mewsings: Can’t a cat eat in peace?
