Baby Peggy gets up and tells off the driver, who is a rich woman. The woman berates Baby Peggy but Baby Peggy gives it right back to her. A street urchin (Tommy Wonder) notices that Baby Peggy loves the doll the rich woman’s daughter is carrying, and so he brings her a rag doll he finds in the trash. The black cat is standing behind them.
