Synopsis: Ray Smith (Eddie Quillan) is an ambitious young man who invests, sight unseen, in an auto camp that turns out to be a wreck.

Kitty Cameos: As Ray first enters the Blue Bird Auto Camp and takes in the shambles the place is in, three cats, two black and one tuxedo, dart out through a hole in a nearby door.
