Synopsis: A trio of inept criminals kidnap Candy (Susan Sennett), the daughter of a jewelry store manager in the hopes of a big ransom.  But things don’t go the way they planned and the only one who may be able to save Candy is the mute autistic boy Sean (Christopher Trueblood) who is the only one in his family aware of Candy’s predicament.

Kitty Cameo: Well into the film the kidnappers hear Sean moving around in the house where they are keeping Candy and try to locate the source of the noise.  As Sean manages to escape the trio see a cat and assume that was what was making the noise.  The kidnappers break out in laughter.

Final Mewsings: Cats don’t like to be laughed at, especially by inane criminals.
