Synopsis: Nicholas Revel (Peter Lawford) is a jewel thief who has to help the police solve a series of officer murders to protect himself from being accused of the killings.
Purr Blur: In one scene a police officer passes by a gate. As the gate swings open, a tabby cat dashes through with a cry. The policeman comes back to investigate and is killed.



Final Mewsings: Cats cannot be tried as accomplices to murder.
