Directed by: Eli Roth
Synopsis: Lewis Barnavelt (Owen Vaccaro) is a young boy recently orphaned who goes to live with his Uncle Jonathan (Jack Black) and discovers a world of magic and mystery.
Cat Burglars (Scene Stealers): Lewis begs to learn magic from his uncle and begins his studies. He reads a book which includes a page on cat telepathy.

One trick Lewis tries involves a long-haired ginger cat in a carrier. Lewis covers the carrier with a cloth.

We’re not sure what the result of the trick was supposed to be, but when Lewis uncovers the carrier the cat has been changed into a hairless multi-colored cat!

Final Mewsings: This is why cats don’t volunteer to help with magic tricks.
