Cat Out of the Bag Alert! This review contains some spoilers for this film!
Synopsis: The story of how author Charles Dickens (Dan Stevens) came to create his classic tale A Christmas Carol.
Kitty Cameo: In need of money to publish the story himself, Dickens and his friend Forster (Justin Edwards) visit the solicitor Haddock (Donald Sumpter). When the grumpy man enters his office he finds a grey Persian cat named Mittens (played by cat actor George) on his chair. Haddock scolds the cat, saying, “You are a bad boy.”

Kitty Carnage Warning! Haddock picks the cat up and tosses him aside. Fortunately the cat actor is not actually thrown, only the beginning of the tossing motion is made and a cat screech is dubbed over to complete the effect.

Final Mewsings: Only a Scrooge would throw a cat.
