Synopsis: This episode of the children’s education series focuses on the sense of smell.

Cartoon Cat: Fumble and the kids are talking about smelling with a bird whose nest had been on fire. The bird had not been able to smell the smoke because of having a cold. A dog then approaches them and asks if they have seen a cat around. The dog says he knows there is a cat nearby because he can smell it. At the end of the short, the bird says he thinks his cold is getting better because he smells trouble. He then flies away as the cat leaps at him with the dog taking chase.

Final Mewsings: Cats would say they smell better than dogs.
