Synopsis: A woman and her son arrive in North Fork and cause a commotion when they point out Marshall Micah Torrance (Paul Fix) as the husband / father who ran out on them.
Cat Cattle Call: In one scene Lucas McCain (Chuck Connors) enters Micah’s home which is filled with cats. Lucas asks if Micah sublets to the cats and Micah says they appreciate comfort. They both pause to pet the calico sitting on a table.
Micah then opens the stove to reveal a mother cat and her kittens. He picks up one of the kittens and looks at it.
Micah then lies on the bed with a tuxedo cat.
Later Micah comes home to find Mrs. Carreway (Lee Patrick) has cleaned it all up. Micah picks up an orange tabby cat as he enters.
Micah carries the orange cat over to Mrs. Carreway as he talks to her. She is cooking on the stove and mentions about the kittens she had found inside.
Final Mewsings: It’s always best to remove the cats from the stove before cooking.
