Synopsis: Psychotherapist Dr. Clive Edmond (Alexander Knox) opens up a can of worms with his wife Glenda (Alexis Smith) when he invites a thug (Dirk Bogarde) into his home for rehabilitation instead of turning him over to the police.

Kitty Cameo: At the beginning of the film Dr. Edmond is seen walking down a dark street. A white long-haired cat is eating something on the sidewalk.

As the doctor passes, he stops and looks down at the cat, who looks up at him.

The doctor doesn’t pet the cat but continues on his way.

Final Mewsings: How can anyone resist petting a friendly cat??
