Kitty Cameo: At the beginning of the film Lucky’s right-hand man Clarence (Willie Best) is seen handing Willie some food and a bottle of milk through his office transom.  Lucky is holed up inside of his office because there is a crowd of debt collectors hanging around outside.  As Lucky talks to them through the door he pours some of the milk into a bowl for a cat sitting on his desk.  The desk is pushed up against the door to keep the collectors out.

The cat is seen throughout this scene as Lucky has Clarence field a phone call in the lobby which turns out to be a response to his newspaper ad saying he would do practically anything for anyone.  The cat remains on the desk even when Lucky jumps up onto it to poke his head through the transom to talk to the collectors.  Sadly the cat is not seen again after this.

Final Mewsings: We hope Lucky remembered to ask someone to feed his cat while he was gone!
