Directed by: Robert Hartford-Davis
Synopsis: Police detective Terry Sneed (Billy Dee Williams) is recruited by a New Mexico law enforcement agency to rid the city of corruption. But who are really the corrupt ones?
Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): Late in the film Sneed goes into a bar to carry out some business. The bartender is petting an orange tabby cat.
The bartender even carries the cat with him to ask Sneed what he wants. He then sets the cat down in front of another patron.
Even though the cat jumps down from the bar at one point he is present throughout the scene, usually at the very back of the bar with or without the bartender.
The exterior shots were of the Al Monte bar and restaurant but it is not clear if the interior was this establishment or whether the cat was a resident cat or brought in just for the scene.
Final Mewsings: Cats don’t drink but enjoy people watching.
